iPhone Court Battle in Germany heats up
November 30, 2007As reported Vodafone reached a court order against T-Mobile to sell the iPhone locked in Germany ten days ago.
Since then T-Mobile also offers an unlocked iPhone for 999 Euro.
Yesterday was the first day in court. The battle heated up as the court increase the amount involved in the case from 500,000 Euro to 2 Mio. Euro (~$2.9 Mio.).
